52-56 Westfield Ave, Old A&P site
Dear Clark Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting all emails, records, and correspondence in relation to the above property from June 2020 to present day. I also would like to understand if they did apply for an extension with the planning board as construction was approved over 2 years ago and nothing has been done. It is my understanding that construction needs to start within 1 year of a building being approved by planning board.
Yours faithfully,
Anonymous Resident
Your request has been received and will be processed in accordance with the Open Public Records Act.
