Dear Marlboro Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

I am requesting the following information for Block 118, Lot 24 in Marlboro (51 Lloyd Road):
-Any open and closed construction permits, c/o for all work
-Any open and closed permit for oil tank removal
-Any zoning violations
-Any tax liens and tax sale certifications, unpaid taxes, water or sewer
-Any municipal or health violations on the property, outside fines, judgments & liens on the property
-A copy of any surveys on record
-Any wetlands or flood zone information on file
-Size of property

Dear Marlboro Township,
The requested information is for personal use, not commercial. I am looking into purchasing this home. It is not a commercial property, it is a residential home in Marlboro with the land marked as "residential" on the township's tax records. Can you please tell me why you have responded stating that I failed to disclose that I was seeking this information for commercial use when I am looking for residential property?
