All septic permits from 1973 to present—kindly provide septic plans, septic inspections, septic design, sewage complaints, and pumping permits from 1973 to present.

The Borough of Mount Arlington received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on January 21, 2019. As such, the (7) seven business day deadline to respond to your request is January 30, 2019. No records exist responsive to this request. As no records exist, your request for this record is denied. See, Bailey v. Department of Agriculture, GRC Complaint No.: 2003-116, Tyrone Jamison v. City of New Brunswick, GRC Complaint No.: 2013-252.
