Dear Ocean County Prosecutor's Office,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

I have correctly requested these 4 times now and always get an answer that is not grounded in the law and constantly refuses to grant this request for obvious reasons known to everyone at the OCN prosecutors office.

Records requested:

1. All emails to and from Christopher Heisler from July 1, 2023 through January 13, 2024 including: TO, FROM, SUBJECT, TIME, DATE, ATTACHMENTS, and ALL COPIED INDIVIDUALS as they relate to defendant RICHARD HONE.
