Response: Attached is a copy of the house card showing permit
activity fotr the property.
No open violations were found in Building Dept. files.
Peermit 02-1999 to Tear off/Reroof remains open.
The house card indicates an oil tank was Abandoned in 1996. The
location of this file is unknown.
