Joyce Escalante, Monmouth Beach Borough

Good morning,

Thank you for following up on this with me and my sincere apologies for the late response!

After receiving your email today, I reviewed your original request, which I had forwarded to the construction department on October 2, 2024, the same day that I received it. It appears that I did not get a response from construction, but on occasion the response may go out from that department directly. The construction department was working without a permanent technical assistant at that time, and was in a state of transition, and it appears that your request did not get addressed.

I spoke with the new technical assistant this morning and she was able to pull the construction file for 48 Valentine Street. I then contacted the Borough engineer, who was coming into the office this morning, and asked her to review the file for the documents you requested. She said the file does contain the requested documents, so I asked her to have them scanned into a format that I would be able to transmit to you. I anticipate having them back in the next couple of days.

Again, I deeply apologize and I thank you for your understanding and patience and please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need anything else.

Regards,

Joyce
