I am writing to request an internal review of Montclair Township's handling of my OPRA request '46 Park St Montclair OPRA'.
I have sent similar requests to other jurisdictions and have received responses. This is not not overly broad request, this request pertains to calls that your jurisdiction's police responded to at this location for a time period requested. My next step will be to contact Government Records Council then Superior Court.
