Sure. As this firm has newly been retained as the property managers and consultants to the subject property,
I am trying to gather all the facts as they relate to the environmental issues. In order to do this properly, a file review is needed. It is difficult to put pieces of the puzzle together without all the pieces.
For this reason I have requested all of the information concerning 440-442 Whiteville Road.

I have just looked over the way you requested the files. All you need to do is resubmit and request: "All remedial, permitting and enforcement records". This will be more specific and will relate to your request for all environmental records. There is no need to discuss with Matt Coefer.
