Attached please find our Zoning/Planning, Floodplain, Tax Assessor and
Construction Departments’ responses to your OPRA Request with regards to
the above referenced property.
In addition, kindly note that the property is in Zone X and is not located
in a special flood hazard area. To the best of our knowledge there are no
records of any substantial damages at this property. We do not have an
elevation certificate for the property.
We are still waiting to receive the results back from our Tax Collector as
to any outstanding Taxes or Sewer charges. I will forward the results to
you as soon as we receive same.
