I see you submitted a request through OPRA machine on January 21, 2026.
Please be advised that even though you are not required to fill out a
form, you are still required to answer the certification questions within
your email. I have not located your request in my email but based on the
request on OPRA machine it does not seem that you included the
certification questions. Please resubmit your request and insure that is
