Good afternoon,
Attached please find documentation regarding 6 Glenwood Avenue. There is
no further information from the Health Department regarding the other
properties.
Original COs are not available unless the property is new construction.
The only new construction is 95-103 N. Walnut. I should have a response
from Code Enforcement available by Wednesday, May 4, 2022.
I await a response from the Fire Department. For lead and asbestos
documentation, you must contact Mrs. Marie Niasse at the Lead Division
(973.266.5480). Authorization from the parent of apartments in question
must be provided as that information is considered confidential.
As soon as I am in receipt of the aforementioned responses, I will forward
to your attention directly.

Good afternoon,
In my previous email, I inadvertently referenced 93-95 N. Walnut which was
not one of your requested property addresses. In my first email to you I
indicated that Certificate of Occupancy are issued at the time of
construction and would only be on file if any of these properties were new
construction. I have verified that they are not new. If you wish to
obtain Certificate of Habitability or Conformity, those certificates are
on the SDL portal. As per the Fire Department, there is nothing on file.
