-A list of off-site conditions that may affect the value of the property that is maintained by the
municipality pursuant
to the new residential construction off-site conditions disclosure act.
-Property survey
-Property tax card
-Open and Closed Permits
-building plans
-health department records
-construction notices
-inspections for environmental issues, water wells, septic, sanitary disposal systems, and
underground fuel tanks.
-was there ever any underground tanks or cesspools'
violations, penalties, and notifications.
-any pending or finalized assessment for the property
-tax assessors reports or memos regarding the property
-any deed, easement, or other restrictions
-documents regarding any variance pending, granted or denied for the property

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
