All police reports, BWC video recordings, incident documentation, and investigative records associated with any and all law enforcement interactions, citations, or proceedings involving individual named Alex Guzman, specifically those linked to or conducted at the location of 33 Pettee Avenue, North Haledon, New Jersey, including records of arrests, interviews, affidavits, and follow-up actions from 2025 and 2026.
