Police Report 25-2075 - The identity of a juvenile has been redacted as per N.J.S. 2A:4A-60 pertaining to Juvenile information, records; rules governing disclosure adoption.
You were given CAD Report 23-16616, which reflects the call for service for report 23-3588. The police report was not released as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 Privacy Interest - āa public agency has a responsibility and an obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen`s personal information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would violate the citizen`s reasonable expectation of privacy.ā See Burnett v. Cnty. of Bergen, 198 N.J. 408 (2009).
