The seller of 338 Sugar Hill called and was told this permit was closed out. Can you please confirm that it was closed out, because the way it is presented it looks like it's still open. Thanks!

The homeowners stated the following regarding the open permit listed in my previous OPRA request regarding 338 Sugar Hill ; " Good afternoon. I called Clayton Borough and spoke to the construction office. They informed me that that permit was in fact closed out and there are no open reports on the property. She said it was inspected in 2011 which is when it was closed. If you needed to speak with her for any reason, her name is Tammy from the Construction Department. "

I thought your email stated that the homeowner spoke with Tammy and she
confirmed there were no open permits.
