Dear Haddonfield Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested: Were any permits filed for 321 Springfield Terrace during its conversion from a duplex to a single family home? The work would have been done between 2010 and 2022. Also, were any inspection records filed for the conversion?

Good Day,

 

Kindly view the response to your OPRA request.

 

As per the construction office: I do not have any permits that were issued
2010-2022 for any conversion from a duplex to a single family dwelling. 
However, I do have two (2) permit applications that were submitted and
never issued please note any work completed without permits is subject to
fines/penalties.

 

Please confirm receipt of this correspondence.
