Attached are the construction permits found on file with out construction office. The construction office and health offices did not find any septic records on file. These portions of your request are denied as per NJSA 47:1A-1.1, because no records exist.
Furthermore, your request for final as-builts, if they exist, are exempt from disclosure as per NJSA 47:1A-1.1 and Governor’s Executive Order Nos. 21 and 26, the plans themselves, including the design schematics, building layouts, interior configurations, etc. are exempt from disclosure since they contain security information which could jeopardize the building and the persons therein. In addition, we most likely don’t have plans as plans are only required to be kept for a 10-year period for this type of structure as per NJAC 5:23-2.16A (c). and the house is older than 10 years.
Lastly, I have a request in to our Planning and Zoning office to see if they by chance have any septic information, and I will respond back to you once I hear from them.
