317 green grove Possible Environmental hazards
Dear Tinton Falls Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested for the property at 317 green grove:
Any and all open permits
Any information relating to oil tanks, septic tanks, propane gas tanks.
Specific information on an oil tank abandoned in place at the property.
Any possible contamination of the soil or water.
Information on the mining on the property. I understand it used to be a mining site, we want to understand what it was and if it represents any possible hazards.
