My name is Ciaran McElroy and i am the current owner (and occupier of Unit #3) of the building at 3131 Central Avenue Unit #3.

I am enquiring about the filing for permitting and Building Department sign-off with the Union City Building Department for a permanent placed exterior canopy/deck.

- Deck is permanent wood framed structure with a roof
- Deck is approximately 20' wide x 20' length equaling 400 square feet
- Deck is 11 feet high from ground to ceiling
- Deck has no guardrails
