Board resolutions approving the Reduction in Force;
Final published budget line items;
Existing final RIF lists and/or organizational charts identifying eliminated or created positions;
Employee names, job titles, annual salaries, and effective dates;
Standard payroll registers and salary listings;
Final executed administrator employment contracts;
Board-approved salary schedules and resolutions;
Board-approved job descriptions; and
The current district organizational structure.

Please provide these records. If any category does not exist, please identify the category and confirm that no responsive records are maintained by the district.
