It is my understanding your office received a complaint and is possibly investigating Michael Khoda, Construction Official from  Clark NJ. I wish to provide you with the following information for your investigation or you may open a new one based on this information if it is not related. 

Michael Khoda sold and organized tickets to contractors while conducting inspections for what he called "Mayor's lunches", which he held monthly at a restaurant called Asian Taste located at 33 Westfield Ave in Clark NJ. The building where the restaurant is owned by Michael Kohda's LLC (MKSK LLC  see attached). Asian Taste Restaurant was registered with the State of NJ as Han Place LLC  at 33 Westfield Ave Clark NJ and owned by Michael Khoda (see attached Han Place LLC). You will also see Michael Khoda cancelled that LLC with the State of NJ himself, therefore he had an active role in the business. You can also see a ribbon cutting ceremony where he attended the event along with his partner, the mayor, police chief, etc. So he sold tickets for the lunches to the contractors while conducting inspections to benefit the Mayor but also to benefit himself because he owns the building ands owned the restaurant himself, which is illegal, improper and immoral. 

In addition, someone from your office should check is involvement in all the permits (construction, C.O.O, Heath) for the building and the business itself (different entity, therefore different permits)

ON a different note but also in reference top Michael Khoda and the Mayor, on 5/5/22 the Clark Planning Board voted own a matter to redevelop 4 properties. Two are located on Westfield Ave and 2 are located on Washington St, and all connect each other. All 4 properties are own by Michael Khoda  (1) or his LLCs (3). The planning board should not have voted on the matter because of the obvious conflict of interest. In addition, as you can see in the below link (video of the meeting after minute 35), one of the board members asked who owned said properties and the Mayor stated he did not know. That is not true as everyone in town, all township employees know those properties are owned by Michael Khoda. The mayor and the council president, who were both present at the meeting, lied at a public meeting in order to benefit Michael Khoda. That also is illegal, improper and immoral.

Last part of my complaint, please check all the permits filed and issued to those properties owned by Michael Khoda, MKSK LLC and 27-29 Westfield Ave LLC, which are all owned solely by him.
