Open and closed are not identifiable document(s). It is overly broad and vague. As far back on file in the local office to present. The time frame and local office are not identifiable.

I have used this same language on all OPRA requests. The most recent one for Southampton Twp was on 91 Main Street 10/24/2022. It was acknowledged by you on 10/24/2022 and documents provided.

I see that you have used the same language previously. The construction office is where the requested documents would come from. Please be more specific of the records you are asking for. I.E. plumbing, mechanical, etc. And the year and month of the documents you are requesting. A beginning month and year and an ending month and year.
