Attached please find response to your OPRA request of 3/28/23 with regard
to the above address. I’m unable to access the photo for OPRA. I’m
attaching all open and closed permits

 

I have reviewed the construction files and there are outstanding permits
shown for this property.

A list of all permits issued is attached for your review.

 

Open permit # 2010-1789 remove oil tank (under review by Fire Sub Code
Official review)

Open permit # 2020-1588 remove inground oil tank

 

To schedule inspections please call the Construction Department at
732-446-8320/8319.

 

Note: 2005-1796 roof permit was cancelled as the owner cancelled the job
and a refund was issued. Control # 74765 was a roof application received
the day after 2005-1796 was issued. This application was never followed up
by owner/contractor nor was it permitted.

Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

 

In addition I have copied Freehold Area Health on this request as the
property may be served a well (irrigation) and or septic. Their office
