n response to your OPRA Request received April 14, 2026 we have
reviewed your request and have found that we do not have any
documents responsive to same.

Please be further advised that the Township of Cherry Hill does
not permit cannabis businesses; therefore, there are no records
regarding a 2% Cannabis Retail Tax, including any associated
revenue or payment frequency.

As a result of our search, subsequent findings and this response
to your request, we have marked your OPRA request as satisfied and
closed.

A copy of the Denial Poster with instructions to applicants who
wish to appeal any denial or part thereof is attached hereto. You
have the right to appeal the decision that the document or
documents are not public records. You may take your appeal to the
Government Records Council or the New Jersey Superior Court, as
provided by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.
