Dear Passaic County Prosecutor's Office,

Specifically, we are requesting all information, including but not limited to, all communications of any kind, videos, photographs, records, documents, investigations, and recordings, as it relates to a fire on November 18, 2022, located at 29 Ladwik Lane, Clifton, New Jersey, 07013, and owned by Richard Ceynowa.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
