1. Any and all electronic traffic control signal sequencing documents in effect at the present time for the above intersection.
2. Any and all records of inspection, maintenance, installation and/or repair to any/all electronic traffic control signals (including for traffic lights/signals and all other electronic traffic control signals) for the above intersection.
4. Any and all records of any complaints or notices received regarding malfunction, breakage or conflict in or of any/all electronic traffic control signals for the above intersection.
