The Township of Clark received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request on June 11, 2024. The official Records Custodian, Edith Merkel, received your OPRA request on June 11, 2024. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is June 20, 2024. This response to your request is being provided to you on the same business day as the custodian’s receipt of said request.
Your OPRA request sought access to:
1. The plans for the development 27 Westfield Avenue, LLC, 27-33 Westfield Avenue, Block 91, Lots 8.01, 10.01 & 36
2. The previously rejected plans for the same property
Response to 1 and 2:
The responsive documents to the above two requested records are available on a USB drive in the Clerk's office room 28 in the municipal building between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:00 pm or it can be sent by regular mail if a mailing address is provided. The files are too large to email.
Response to 3 and 4:
There are no records on file made or maintained by the Township that are responsive to the requests below.

If your request for access to a government record has been denied or unfilled within the seven (7) business days required by law, you have a right to challenge the decision by the Township of Clark to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
