any and all Government records, ledger logs, or monthly utility statements showing the monthly or daily electric consumption (measured in kilowatt-hours, kWh or megawatts, MW)

any and all Government records, water meter data logs, or municipal utility statements showing the daily or monthly water consumption (measured in gallons or cubic feet)

Any formal utility agreements, load capacity allocations, or service connection approvals executed between the Township of Nutley, public utility providers, and the property developers/operators regarding the 65-megawatt power capacity and water infrastructure serving Block 2101, Lot 1.
