Any wetlands maps, delineations, reports, or determinations on file with the Township or received from NJDEP.

Any known environmental constraints, such as soil contamination or flood hazard delineation beyond FEMA Zone X.

Any township-acknowledged buffers or building restrictions due to wetlands or drainage areas.

Surveys and Maps:

Any official property survey, subdivision map, or engineering drawings on file for 242 Long Swamp Road.

Any drainage or easement maps related to this property.

Permits and Construction:

Any construction permits (past or active), COs, or applications for development or land use.

Septic approvals or well permits if applicable.

Liens and Code Violations:

Any outstanding liens, municipal charges, or tax delinquencies on this property.

Any code enforcement violations, open notices, or orders related to property maintenance, use, or construction.

Property History:

Ownership history and recorded transactions if held on file.

Any relevant correspondence, reports, or notes associated with the property.

Drainage Easement:

Documents explaining the origin, restrictions, and enforcement of the 20-foot drainage easement that bisects the property.
