Borough engineer`s office has no records regarding the sewer at 23 N. 12th
Street in reference to it ever being septic or the following items:

for septic permits, septic plans, septic  inspection, septic design,
sewage complaints and pumping permits from 1930 to present for 23 N. 12th 
street from 1930 to  present.
