Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

This request is being resubmitted because the Township advised that the prior request concerning this property was not received. To facilitate a prompt response, this request is limited to records dated **June 8, 2026 through the date this request is processed**.

This request concerns the **§168-3 Grading and Clearing violation issued on June 8, 2026** for:

For the period from **June 8, 2026 through the date this request is processed**, I request copies of the following records:

1. Records showing the current status and status history of the violation, including whether it remains open, was found compliant, was abated, was closed, or resulted in a summons or other enforcement action.

2. All inspection and reinspection reports, inspector notes, photographs, compliance determinations, and violation-history or status entries.

3. All grading and clearing permit applications, retroactive permit applications, plans, approvals, denials, permits, Planning Board submissions, Planning Board determinations, or other records submitted or created in response to the violation.

4. Records identifying any individual, contractor, tree-care business, landscaper, or other entity reported to the Township as having performed or proposed to perform the tree removal or related work.

5. Records submitted to or obtained by the Township concerning that individual’s or business’s registration, licensing, qualifications, or insurance, including:

* New Jersey Board of Tree Experts business registration or NJTC number;
* Licensed Tree Expert or Licensed Tree Care Operator information;
* Certificates of liability insurance;
* Proof of workers’ compensation coverage; and
* Records showing any Township verification of those credentials.

6. Records documenting the number, location, or size of trees removed, including tree surveys, photographs, site plans, replanting plans, replacement-tree requirements, or payments required in lieu of replanting.

7. All notices, extensions, warnings, correspondence, summonses, or other enforcement records issued, sent, received, or created after the June 8, 2026 violation notice.

This request does not seek records dated before June 8, 2026.

If any portion of a responsive record is exempt, please redact only the exempt portion, provide the remainder, and identify the specific legal basis for the redaction or withholding.
