Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Please see the attached that has been located that is responsive to your
request filed under the of the NJ Open Public Records Act (OPRA), NJSA
47:1-A-1 et seq. Please note there is an oversized document in this
block/lot file that are not included in this response.
Please know, The Borough of Little Silver does not have an oversized
document scanner, so I am unable to scan these documents and send to you
with this request nor does the Borough possess electronic PDF files of
same. If you would like, I can have the document in question sent to our
engineer for reproduction. There is a fee that is a straight pass-through
to the requestor if you would like copies made that typically cost around
$7.00 per page. Please advise if you would like copies made and your
authorization to proceed.

Yes I would like a copy of the oversized plan and I will pay the $7. Specifically looking for the engineer's plan with grading and drainage around the pool and any related drainage calculations that Mr. Blash requires.

They are being reproduced by our engineer's team. As soon as I get them, I'll circle back. Our engineer is not a borough employee, and his office is not here on site.

I am now in possession of the copy you requested for this property location. The total comes to $5.00. If you would like to pick them up at Borough Hall, please let me know. If not, I will need a mailing address.
Please make a check out to the Borough of Little Silver for the exact amount or cash and the copies will be left at the front counter of the Clerk's Office just inside the front entrance to Borough Hall on the right side. (if you are picking up more than one item, a single check is also an option for the combined cost(s) of the copies.
