1. There are no open construction permits associated with this property.

2. I find no information regarding underground oil tanks, etc. Please see attached report from NJDEP in Sept. 2018 regarding the existence of a paint-like substance in the area during a flood.

3. The City is not in possession of any survey that shows an underground storage tank.

4. There are no septic systems in the City of North Wildwood.
