Dear Hampton Township,
I am trying to find out if there are any open permits on work done to 20 Pelican Pt, Hampton Township. My clients home inspector recommends pulling permits for plumbing and electrical. The property was bought by the current owner as a foreclosure and he did a lot of work but the electrical box has a permit from a different town and county. I am trying to protect my client.

In response to your OPRA request for information on 20 Pelican Point, attached please find an open permit for building, electrical and plumbing. This permit is still open with $472 owed, it was never closed because they didn't pay. They must have done the work without the permits.
