In response to your OPRA request for information on 205 E Delaware
Parkway, please be advised that after a diligent search and to the best of
my knowledge, there are no open construction permits or underground
storage permits on file, and no records that indicate offsite disclosures
or environmental reports. For septic system information, please contact
the Cape May County Health Department, as they are a separate entity from
us. I trust this email will satisfy your request, however, should you
