Dear Mansfield Township School District,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

SPECIFICITY: This request seeks identifiable government records described with reasonable clarity and is not a request for general information or research.

NO DISRUPTION: Fulfillment of this request should not substantially disrupt agency operations, as it seeks discrete, existing financial records maintained in the ordinary course of business.

COMMERCIAL USE: The requested records are not sought for commercial use.

RECORDS REQUESTED:

The complete, line-item 2026–2027 Mansfield Township School District budget, including all supporting schedules, appendices, and detail pages (not summaries or graphical presentations).

Any budget submissions, drafts, or final versions submitted to or approved by the Executive County Superintendent or New Jersey Department of Education for the 2026–2027 school year.

All documents, spreadsheets, or financial reports used to generate or support any publicly posted budget graphics or summaries for the 2026–2027 school year.
