Dear East Brunswick Public Schools,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Dear Mr. Giuliana,
I received your response to my OPRA and common law request. Perhaps you missed (or did not receive) the initial request sent on 1/25/2025, which included statements that addressed the three questions you raised.
Nevertheless, I don't see why you cannot simply provide the schedule of the Board of Education's public meetings. As you know, I am a reporter with New Brunswick Today, covering government and school issues in our area. As such, please provide the requested schedule pursuant to the common law right of access.
