Dear Passaic Valley Water Commission,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

Good Afternoon James,
Our Chief of Engineering Dept. Patrick Porcaro wanted me to reach out and
confirm exactly what was requested, please see below as we are trying to
clarify what it is requesting.

"Please contact the requestor to confirm exactly what information he
needs. Compiling all proposals for 2025 will require significant time and
involves a substantial amount of data. My assumption is that he is only
looking for consultants who were awarded contracts, not those who were not
selected. I am also assuming that he is only requesting information on
engineering contracts. Please confirm and put together a folder containing
the information under OPRA for my review before sending it to Lou.  It may
need to be submitted via FTP. "

Please contact the requestor to confirm exactly what information he needs.
