Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested: all existing recordings of public meetings held in 2024.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. However, I recognize that many recordings, especially video recordings, are too large to send via email. If that is the case, I can recommend: 1) uploading the recordings to a Google Drive folder and sharing it with my Google account: ckratovil, or 2) using the free service WeTransfer to send the recordings to my email address: [email address].

I am also open to other methods, including picking up a flash drive or CD/DVD at your office, or receiving the same via US mail at our PO Box: #3180, New Brunswick, NJ 08903. Thank you for the links to meeting recordings. There are a number of issues with the 2024 recordings at the links you provided:

1) When I try to listen to or download the 1/9/24 meeting of the Council, it returns an error message.
2) The 2/27/24 Council meeting is mislabeled as Feb. 28, 2024.
3) Several Planning Board recordings are missing: 1/25/2024, 2/8/2024, 5/9/2024, and anything after 10/24/24
4) The Planning Board meetings from 3/28/2024 and 7/25/2024 also return the same error message from #1.

Thanks for your reply. I'm looking for any specific agenda item, just seeking to obtain all 2024 recordings.

The following is still true:

The error message in question reads as follows:
"This content isn’t available
"Ask the organizer if the content still exists or if you need special access to it.
"If you are the organizer, sign in now for access."

Are you saying that some or all of these records have been destroyed? If so, please clarify and provide the state approval for destruction of records. Thanks.
