Dear Manville Borough,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under NJSA 47:1A-10 and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
1) records sufficient to show the 2024 total pay for each current or former municipal employee
If possible, please include the total pay AND breakdowns by categories such as base pay, overtime pay, and any other forms of extra compensations such as stipends, allowances, bonuses, reimbursements, payments in lieu of health benefits, transportation, etc.

The Borough has received your request. Please note, OPRA exempts
employee records from disclosure with a few exceptions including
"payroll record" which is relevant to your request. The Borough
will provide the payroll record as it exists and is not required
to create any records in response to an OPRa request. I am not
personally aware of how detail a payroll report is and whether it
breaks down salary (base pay)/OT/Stipens/bonuses.

The other portions of your request are not for specific records
but a request for the boroug to comb through records looking for
specific data to complile for you your use. Thats research and we
are not required to conduct research. Any reimbusements would be
handled as a separate bill and found on bill lists, listed by
Purchase Order. You can find the bill lists in the meeting minutes
for 2024 found here:

indicate the PO number and the Boroiugh can provide it. Otherwise,
your request for reimbursements, payments in lieu of health
benefitsm, transportation etc. is not a valid request.
