Dear Union County,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under NJSA 47:1A-10 and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
1) records sufficient to show the name and 2024 total pay for each current or former county employee
If possible, please include the total pay AND breakdowns by categories such as base pay, overtime pay, and any other forms of extra compensations such as stipends, allowances, bonuses, reimbursements, payments in lieu of health benefits, transportation, etc.

name and 2024 total pay for each current or former county employee.
I apologize for the delay. Given the time, attached please find a salary
list as of November 2024 that was provided to a previous requestor and is
readily available. Respectfully, we will work on providing a finalized
2024 list on Monday.
