2024 Pay For Each County Employee

Dear Hunterdon County,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under NJSA 47:1A-10 and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
1) records sufficient to show the name and 2024 total pay for each current or former county employee
If possible, please include the total pay AND breakdowns by categories such as base pay, overtime pay, and any other forms of extra compensations such as stipends, allowances, bonuses, reimbursements, payments in lieu of health benefits, transportation, etc.

Act (OPRA) request dated 06/06/2025. As such, the seven
(7) business day deadline to respond to your request
is 06/17/2025. This response to your request is being
provided to you on 06/17/2025.
Your OPRA request sought access to the following:

Please note that your request is not in its entirety a
valid OPRA request because it asks questions or seeks
information and fails to identify with reasonable clarity
all the specific government records sought. A party cannot
satisfy this requirement by simply requesting all of an
agency's documents. See Bent v. Stafford Police
Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). A
custodian is not required to conduct research or create
new records in response to an OPRA request.
The County has responded by providing records which may be
responsive to your request. You can access those documents
by clicking the "documents" tab in your request.
Your Open Public Records request has been processed in
accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1, et seq. If your request
has been denied in whole or in part, the County of
Hunterdon reserves the right to raise any other grounds
for denial not raised in this response. The failure of the
County of Hunterdon to assert an exception or privilege
herein does not act as a waiver of any ground for denial
not raised herein.

I see columns for "Prev Salary" and "New Salary" but it's unclear to me if these figures accurately reflect the totals that were actually paid to employees. As you may recall, my request was for the total pay for each employee, which would include more than just salary due to items like overtime or bonuses.
Please provide records sufficient to show the name and 2024 total pay for each current or former county employee. Thank you.
