2024 Municipal Public Meeting Schedules

Dear South Plainfield Borough,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide a copy of the 2024 meeting schedule for the governing body, and for each board, commission, committee, or other municipal agency that holds public meetings, including but not limited to planning board, zoning board of adjustment, redevelopment agency, housing authority, utilities authority, parking authority, traffic commission, rent control/leveling board, environmental commission, shade tree commission, and open space committee.
If the schedules are unclear about the location/method(s) of meeting, I kindly ask that you clarify for me how to join and participate, and feel free to share links that can help members of the public to join and/or watch the meetings, or to watch them after they conclude.
If a particular schedule is not yet available at this time, please send what you can as soon as possible, and provide the outstanding schedule when it becomes available.

1. Affordable Housing Board - They are an advisory board that meets on an as-needed basis only if or when an affordable housing matter arises. No dates and times are permanently established. Location would be Court Room of Borough Hall 2480 Plainfield Ave South Plainfield NJ
2. Construction Board of Appeals - This advisory board meet on an as-needed basis only if or when a construction appeal arises. No dates and times are permanently established. Location would be Court Room of Borough Hall 2480 Plainfield Ave South Plainfield NJ
3. Property Board of Appeals - This advisory board meet on an as-needed basis only if or when a property appeal arises. No dates and times are permanently established. Location would be Court Room of Borough Hall 2480 Plainfield Ave South Plainfield NJ
4. Public Celebrations - They just announced that they will meet the second Monday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Court Room of Borough Hall 2480 Plainfield Ave, South Plainfield NJ
5. Community Development Citizens Advisory Committee and Housing & Community Development are one in the same. They just announced they will meet on January 24, 2024 at 7pm and one final time on February 20, 2024 at 7pm in the Court Room of Borough Hall 2480 Plainfield Ave South Plainfield NJ
6. Youth Guidance Council - They are an advisory committee branch of the Court and meet on an as-needed basis only if or when a juvenile intervention or mediation is necessary. No dates and times are permanently established. Location would be Court Room of Borough Hall 2480 Plainfield Ave South Plainfield NJ
7. Mayor Wellness Campaign Committee - they meet at 7pm on the 4th Monday of the month. Location would be the Court Room of Borough Hall 2480 Plainfield Ave South Plainfield NJ
