2024 Municipal Public Meeting Schedules

Dear Cranbury Township,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide a copy of the 2024 meeting schedule for the governing body, and for each board, commission, committee, or other municipal agency that holds public meetings, including but not limited to planning board, zoning board of adjustment, redevelopment agency, housing authority, utilities authority, parking authority, traffic commission, rent control/leveling board, environmental commission, shade tree commission, and open space committee.
If the schedules are unclear about the location/method(s) of meeting, I kindly ask that you clarify for me how to join and participate, and feel free to share links that can help members of the public to join and/or watch the meetings, or to watch them after they conclude.
If a particular schedule is not yet available at this time, please send what you can as soon as possible, and provide the outstanding schedule when it becomes available.

Attached please find the annual meeting schedule that was approved at the governing body meeting on January 2nd. All meetings are held in Town Hall unless otherwise specified.
Please note the requested information can be found on each board/commission calendar located on the township website at https://www.cranburytownship.org/. We urge the public to always confirm individual meeting dates and times located on the township website as the attached may change due to meeting cancellations, special/emergency meetings, or changes in location in accordance with the Sunshine Law. The public may view meetings held at Town Hall via the township YouTube channel but must be in person to participate. The YouTube link can be accessed directly from the township website or at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYbL9yl... . The public may watch these meetings live or view any previously recorded meetings from the one channel.
Just an FYI, an OPRA request is unnecessary as this information is readily available for the public on the township website within the first week of each year and is updated as needed.
