Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested: all existing recordings of public meetings held in 2024.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. However, I recognize that many recordings, especially video recordings, are too large to send via email. If that is the case, I can recommend: 1) uploading the recordings to a Google Drive folder and sharing it with my Google account: ckratovil, or 2) using the free service WeTransfer to send the recordings to my email address: [email address]

I am also open to other methods, including picking up a flash drive or CD/DVD at your office, or receiving the same via US mail at our PO Box: #3180, New Brunswick, NJ 08903. Thanks, I received the minutes. I also received several .xspf files that do not work. Based on the filenames, I believe they are "playlist" files that do not actually contain the audio. Please send the actual audio files.

I also wanted to offer that, if the recordings are too big to email (which they likely are), I would be happy to bring a flash drive to your office and you could copy them onto that drive. Alternatively, we could use an electronic file transfer service like Google Drive or WeTransfer.com. Please let me know your preference, thanks!
