Dear Trooper,

These delays are unacceptable. I requested only a handful of NJ-TR1 crash reports. It's already been two months and I have received zero records. I will be contacting Colonel Callahan to express my concerns about the unexplained delays. If there is a reason for the delays, please share it with me.

Yours sincerely,

Charlie Kratovil
