2023 Use of Force Reports

Dear Edison Township Police Department,
Under the OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all use of force reports filed by your officers for incidents occurring during the year 2023.

Your request for 2023's Use of Force reports has been completed and the total amount due is $44.30 for paper. Due to citizens reasonable expectation of privacy under NJSA 47:1A-1 "Privacy Interest," residential locations and other pertinent information were redacted.
Your records can be picked up at Edison Police Department, Records Division located on the Second Floor from 8:00am - 4:15pm Monday through Friday. Please be advised that we are closed on Monday January 15th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
