Under the OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of all use of force reports filed by your officers for incidents occurring during the year 2023.

Good morning Mr. Kratovil,
In regards to OPRA request submitted to North Brunswick Township on
January 4, 2024, your OPRA request is complete. The response in the form
of a DVD. The DVD can not be emailed and has a fee of $5 (five dollars)
associated with it. You may make the check payable to North Brunswick
Township and submit to the North Brunswick Township Clerks Office, 710
Hermann Road, North Brunswick, NJ 08902. Once payment is received the DVD
will be released and mailed to address provided on request.
