Dear Plainsboro,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of the 2023 meeting schedules for all government entities holding public meetings within your municipality, including the governing body, land use boards, autonomous authority boards, and any other boards, commissions, committees, or councils affiliated with the municipal government.
Please indicate whether the meetings of each body are to be held in-person or "virtual," and if there are options for remote viewing or participation. Please also indicate which meetings, if any, will be recorded, and if so, where the recordings will be made available to the public.

Dear Mr. Kratovil,
The Township of Plainsboro received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on December 27, 2022. The official Records Custodian, Carol J.
Torres, received your OPRA request on the same date. As such, the seven
(7) business day deadline to respond to your request is January 6, 2023.
This response to your request is being provided to you on the fifth (5)
business day after the custodian’s receipt of said request.
Attached, please find the schedule for the 2023 Township Committee
Meetings. Regular meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at
7:00 PM. Agenda meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of the month at
7:00 PM. The second page of the attachment consists of the meeting
schedules for the cable television advisory committee, human relations
council, library board of trustees, and shade tree advisory committee. You
will receive a separate email from the Planning & Zoning Department with
the meeting schedules for the environmental advisory committee, planning
board, and zoning board of adjustment. Please refer to the Plainsboro
Township's website for any advanced notices regarding forthcoming or
canceled meetings.
The Open Public Records Act request has been completed.

Attached please find the Draft 2023 meeting schedule for Planning and
Zoning. Once the boards have their reorg meeting the approved dates will
be on the Township website.
