Dear Milltown Borough,

Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide copies of the 2023 meeting schedules for all government entities holding public meetings within your municipality, including the governing body, land use boards, autonomous authority boards, and any other boards, commissions, committees, or councils affiliated with the municipal government.

Please indicate whether the meetings of each body are to be held in-person or "virtual," and if there are options for remote viewing or participation. Please also indicate which meetings, if any, will be recorded, and if so, where the recordings will be made available to the public.

Thank you for you reminder request. I was unable to fill the request until our reorganization meeting was complete and the schedule of meetings approved. Please see the attached resolutions Identifying the Council meeting schedule and the schedule of all other meetings. We hold Council, Planning Board, Redevelopment Agency in person. The environmental commission Is planning to advertise a zoom link and will hold their 2023 meeting virtually. I do not yet have that zoom link but it will be posted on the official website of the Borough after their reorg meeting on the 1/25/2023. Planning Board and Council are recorded.
